We offer 13 simple comfortable and clean rooms with a western theme. We are mindful of being sustainable and provide, shampoo, conditioner body wash and hair blow dryers.

We offer spacious 40' wide x 60-65' RV PULL IN ROW/50 AMPS extra long pull-thru's with power, water and sewer. Free Wi-Fi throughout property. Pet friendly - dogs on leash required.
RIVER FRONT SITES 30 AMP Water & Power only back in sites along the river with red cliff views, fire rings, as well as many riverfront boon docking spaces too. Free Wi-Fi throughout property. Pet friendly - dogs on leash required.

Zion National Park boasts dramatic sandstone cliffs, lush valleys, and diverse wildlife. A scenic drive 45 minute from The Riverside Ranch, it offers activities like hiking the Narrows, climbing Angels Landing, and exploring picturesque trails.
CEDAR BREAKS
Cedar Breaks National Monument features a spectacular natural amphitheater with vibrant rock formations. Located at over 10,000 feet, it offers excellent hiking, wildflower displays, and dark sky stargazing opportunities.

We stayed in the Motel and were there to see the amazing solar eclipse in the morning of Oct 14th. Nicole was the Manager and she was amazing in her kindness and caring. |The views were beautiful looking East to the back side of Bryce Canyon.

I’d give this place more stars if I could. I can’t remember the host/managers name but she is super lovely. Made us muffins to go (some of the best muffins I’ve ever had). Great place to stay on route to the national parks. Would love to come back!

The best place we've been during our first week ! Beautiful view and very nice welcoming we should have stayed 2 nights. Laundry on site. Best moment is at the breakfast when you can all eat on the same big table and talk to each other.
