Most parks and attractions are located less than an hour from us. Unhooking once leaves you a lot more time for your adventures and allows you to relax at the end of the day.

We are a 16 acre property ideally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park in Southern Utah on Scenic Hwy 89. The Riverside Ranch is ideally located on Scenic Hwy 89 in beautiful Southern Utah between Zion & Bryce National Parks. An outdoor oriented destination featuring: 50amp Supersize RV sites | 30amp RV sites with Full Hookups | Riverfront Tent Camping | 12 Motel Rooms on 16 acres with a relaxed western theme along the Sevier River. The perfect place to relax and unwind! Formerly known as the Riverside Resort, the property is now under new ownership as of 2016.
